Bernice Helen Rodgers (nee Dolejsi), age 87, of Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, passed away peacefully to be with her Savior on April 25th, 2024. Bernice was born on April 26th, 1936, in Zeneta, Saskatchewan, a middle child of eight born to Wendell and Ethel Dolejsi. Shortly after her birth, the family relocated to Manitoba, eventually settling in MacGregor. Jean Fortune Hamilton-Young passed away peacefully on April 23rd, 2024 at the age of 78 in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba, where she spent most of her life. Jean was very proud of her family’s contributions and roots in the community. On Sunday, March 24, 2024, Bertha May White (née McFarlane) passed away peacefully with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren at her side.
