Service Announcement Update: There will be a Come and Go Celebration of Life for Yvonne Case, Saturday, May 21st, 2022, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the Gainsborough Hall. A private Family Interment has taken place.
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Yvonne Case on Tuesday January 18th, 2022 at the age of 78.
Our Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and a Friend to many.
Yvonne was born on February 9th,1943 to Philip and Delina Gladue of the Overhill District.
She is lovingly remembered by her children Philip, Brenda, James (Shelly) & Allen. Greatly Remembered by her Grandchildren: Kam (Amanda), William, Bobbie (Sheldon), Justin, Lawrence, Jenny (Wyatt), Kyle, Melissa (Chris), Lori-Dawn, Brian (Allyssa), Ashly (Jon), April (Preston), Jennifer, Shane, Faith, and also 23 Great Grand-Children that she adored.
She also leaves behind her Siblings: Brothers: Merle (Sue), Louie (Irene), Rexford, Andrew, Mike and Sister Delores (Clifford) and 1 Brother-in-Law Alvin Green.
She was Predeceased by her Siblings - Brothers: Garnet, Stuart, Lawrence and Desmond. Sisters - Rita, Lena, Patricia and Dorothy.
She had a great work ethic, no job was ever too big, she had many odd jobs until settling at Connery Riverdale Farms for 20+ years.
Some of her greatest times were spent travelling, camping, spending the night at one of the grandkid's house or playing her favorite game, Bingo. She also enjoyed a great game of dice or a game of any sorts. Nana loved spending time with her family, they were her everything.
Mom/Nana you were simply the best!
There will be a Come and Go Celebration of Life for Yvonne Case, Saturday, May 21st, 2022, from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm at the Gainsborough Hall.
A private Family Interment has taken place.
