Tracy Ann Wildfang

It is with great sadness that we announce that on January 11th, 2024 at HSC in Winnipeg with her family by her side, Tracy Ann Wildfang left us to be with her brother Darren Wildfang who was waiting with open arms.

Tracy was predeceased by her brother Darren, her Grandparents Herni Godin, Bernice Godin and Clifford Wildfang, Uncles Calvin Unrau and Sandy Wildfang.

Tracy leaves to mourn her loss mama Rachel Wildfang, father James Wildfang, nephew Damon Wildfang and Grandmother Mary Wildfang as well as her Aunts and Uncles: Victor (Brenda) Godin, Robert Godin, Rose Godin, Frances Godin, Alice Unrau, Augusta Clark, Gerald Wildfang, Eric (Nadine)Wildfang, Bonnie (Richard) Derkson her cat Bueller, and numerous great uncles and aunts and cousins. She also leaves to mourn her loss extended family, Lesli and George & Brianna, Colton, Kelvin and Wendy and John Richey, Godparents Ken Mauws and Lorelei Jackson.

Tracy came into this world on June 29th, 1986 and the world was changed on this day for the better. Tracy was always someone who helped others, believed in the good of every person she met, and was kind to everyone. When Tracy loved or cared about you, you knew it. She showered you with love, only asking to be loved in return, and she made it easy to love her.

Tracy was one of the most loving, caring souls that you could ever meet. She had overcome so many obstacles in the last few years of her life. She fought a hard fight and was an inspiration to everyone around her.

Tracy, you will forever be missed, always loved and held in our hearts.

The family would like to thank the nurses and doctors at the dialysis unit in Portage District Hospital, Homecare Aids and nurses, Handivan Drivers and doctors and nurses in SICU at HSC Winnipeg for helping with the care of Tracy.

A Celebration of Life will take place on Monday, January 29th, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at the Stride Place Rotary Multipurpose Room, Island Park, Portage la Prairie, MB. A private family interment will take place at a later date.

Honorary pallbearers are: Kelvin Carrothers, Wendy Tully, Henry Wildfang, Annie Wildfang, Cristy Leavey, and Sara Bird.
