Robert Arthur Beam

On Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at the Boyne Lodge in Carman, MB. with family at his side, Robert (Bob) Beam passed away at the age of 84 years.

Bob, beloved husband of Gail for the past 60 years and father of three will be lovingly remembered for his profound kindness and constant willingness to lend a helping hand.  He leaves many treasured memories with those he held dear including three granddaughters, five great granddaughters, two sisters and countless friends.

Born June 12, 1935, Bob was raised in the Portage RM along with his sisters by his parents Bill & Laura. He spent much of his youth designing contraptions of potential mayhem to then test on his baby sister Carla. 

He met and married Gail and they had three children who went on to give him three grand-daughters and five great-grandaughters of whom he was very proud.  

He loved spending time outside caring for the family property and tinkering in his shop with a faithful dog by his side. 

Bob was an honest and hard-working man who was committed to his family and helping anyone in need.
