Rexford Gladu “Papa”

It is with sadness that the family of Rexford Gladu announce his passing on March 29th, 2022.

“Our father enjoyed spending time with his children, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved to work on cars but his passion was wood working, playing cards, singing, playing guitar, cooking and baking. He held various jobs and was known as a “Jack of all Trades”. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.”

He will be missed by his children Allan, Kristy, Fabien (Beth), Tiffany, Timothy, Stephanie, Shadow (Dustin), 42 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, 4 brothers, and 1 sister. He was predeceased by his wife, infant son, his parents, 4 brothers, and 5 sisters.

A Traditional Wake will be held at the Keeshkeemaquah Conference & Gaming Centre, 5008 Crescent Rd. West, Portage la Prairie, MB, from 5:00 pm, Monday, April 4th, 2022, to 3:00 pm, Tuesday, April 5th. Cremation will take place and there will be a private burial to take place at a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to Ronald Moffit Memorial Services of Portage la Prairie, MB.
