Peacefully, on October 8th, 2021, Norma passed away at the Portage District General Hospital.
She was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Margaret Vint. She leaves behind her brother Bill (Elaine), sister Judy (Rick) Wylde, nieces and nephews Sherryl Vint, Scott Vint, Michelle (Mike) Vodon, and Jarrett Wylde, along with great-nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her life-long friend and partner in crime, Lucille (Staples) Elvins.
Norma was born in Oakville, Manitoba. She graduated in 1964 from Miserecordia Nursing School. She still had contact with all of her classmates. She travelled the world and made friends from all walks of life. She will be remembered for her smile, cheeky laugh, and for her love of animals.
Special thanks to the staff of Portage Hospital, and the many friends that visited and called on her. She will be missed by many.
As per Norma’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice. To leave condolences for Norma’s family, or to share a memory, please visit our website at www.ronaldmoffitmemorialservices.com
