Micheal "Mike" Edward Drabot

It is with great sadness the family announces the sudden loss of Michael "Mike" Drabot.

He will be loving remembered by his mother Vera Drabot and sister Sandra Drabot and many cousins.

Predeceased by his father Stephen Drabot,  grandparents Kay and Walter (Smokey) PoIson and Michael (Gee Gee) and Christine Drabot.

Michael received his education in Portage. Michael worked at Craig Dunn Motor City for several years in the parts dept then moving on to Fehr Automotive working again with parts what, he loved so much. Always willing to help anyone that came into the shop until his retirement. Michael lived and breathed cars and vintage cars was his passion especially the one his dad left him. Always lending a hand to his friends whatever they needed help on he was there. Michael was an active member of the Vintage car cruisers club always working at many of their events. Michael loved his many trips to the car shows and especially the ones in Brainerd Minnesota he attended them for 25 years. Back to the 50's events was also one of his many favorite events he went to, made so many friends through the years of attending. Michael also loved traveling and cruising to many places with family and friends through the years but his favorite place was Hawaii.

Aloha Michael, you will be missed by all. Until we meet again my son and brother. We know you are in safe hands.

Cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service. There will be a private family gathering at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Michael's memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1379 Kenaston Blvd, Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5.
