Lois Rosamond Heath

Lois Rosamond Heath (Balding) passed away at the Portage District Hospital on November 24, 2017. Lois was born on July 16, 1934 in RM of Pipestone, Manitoba to Pat and Gladys Balding. Lois was predeceased by husband Chuck, son Terry, daughter Melanie, brothers Don, Morton and Glenn and her parents. Lois is survived by daughter Roxanne (Chuck) Allingham, son Rodney (Donna) Heath. Sisters Ardith Duffield, Lorna Birch and Lynne Lau and Heath in-laws. Grandchildren Heidi (Jason), Corbin and Ethan will miss their Nana as well as greatgrandchildren Payton, Scarlett and Lochlan. Lois’s struggle with arthritis and macular degeneration is over. A big thank you to Dr. Kim and nursing staff and aides at Portage District Hospital for making mom comfortable for the last 7 months.

A Celebration of Lois’s life will be held Friday December 15, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Herman Prior Senior Services Centre , 40 Royal road N, Portage la Prairie, Mb. Interment will take place at a later date.
