Graveside Service Announcement

There will be a Memorial Graveside Service for the late Linda Wolfe and Donald Young which will take place on Saturday, July 9th, at 2:00 pm, at the Hillside Cemetery in Portage la Prairie, MB. All are welcome to attend. It is asked that you please bring along a lawn chair as seating will be limited.

Graveside Service Arrangements are entrusted to Ronald Moffit Memorial Services.

On Thursday, November 25th, 2021 Linda Sharon Wolfe (nee Gretsinger) passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family. She was 73 years old.

Linda was born in Winnipeg in 1947 and later moved to Portage. She made her life on the farm near MacDonald with her husband Jim and children Jamie and Jennifer before moving back into Portage in 1999.

Linda is survived by her son Jamie (Michelle) and grandchildren (Cassidy, Madeline, Cian); her daughter Jennifer (Colin) and grandchildren (Emmalie, Kaitlin, Vanessa, Ryan); her brother Tom (Connie); her brother Randy (Wendy); her brother Gerry (Laura); her brother Geoff (Joy); and her many nieces and nephews. Linda is predeceased by her husband Jim and parents George and Gwen.

Many thanks to Dr. Tan, Dr.Kinnear, and the nurses of the Portage District General Hospital chemo department for their excellent care over the years.
