Lester George Thistle

Peacefully on Monday August 12, 2024 Lester Thistle passed away with his loving wife, Colleen by his side at Heath Science Centre at the age of 75 years old.

He will lovingly be remembered by his wife Colleen of 60 years, his son Shayne, daughter-in-law April and his grandchildren Madden and Dannilee. His grandchildren were his world and he was their candy man!! His sisters Beverley, Pearl, brother-in-law Woody and many nieces and nephews will remember him with fond memories and love.

He is predeceased by his parents Alice and George Chesley Thistle, sisters Merle, Sandra, Edie and Carol, brothers Jack and Bobby. Special friends, Carol and Cam Stewart were always there when Lester needed them. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their love and support always!!

At his request, cremation has taken place and there will be no formal service.
