Born November 29th, 1944 to Peter and Julia Duchak. Dad was born in Portage la Prairie and raised on the family farm where he passed suddenly with Wade and Jackie by his side on March 24th, 2018.
Dad was predeceased by his parents Peter and Julia, his sister Francis, his brothers Ernie and Bill. Left to cherish his memory are his siblings Ron, Elsie (Morley) and Pat. His children Karen (Devon), Tammy (Doug), Kyle (Faye) and Wade (Jackie), Grandchildren Eric, Bradley, Colton and Jayden and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Dad spent his entire life farming the family farm – milking cows for over 20 years and beef cattle for another 20 years. He married Sandra Hunt on September 12th, 1970 and they started their family shortly after being blessed with 4 wonderful children. Dad worked full time off the farm while still running the family farm.
Dad loved spending time with his children and especially with his Grandchildren.
