Beverly Ann Linda Parker Bond passed away on Friday, December 26th, 2025 at the Portage District General Hospital, at the age of 67 years old.
She was born July 12th, 1958.
She is predeceased by her maternal grandparents Morris “Hermie” and Elmira Marie Sutherland, paternal grandparents Ernest and Jennie (nee Christopherson) Parker, her mother Margaret Therese Sutherland, and her grandson Adrian Edward Bond Beaton.
She is survived by her spouse Garnet Bond, her father Ernest B. Parker, her sisters Margaret (Byron) McKenzie, Lori (Stuart) MacDougall, children Jason, Chris (Sheena) Bond, Darra Bond, grandchildren Cassandra, Emilyn, Robyn and Taylor Beaton, Nolan and Amelia Bond, Paris, Miya, Anna, Roger, and Emma.
Bev loved her grandchildren dearly. She enjoyed her 60’s and 70’s music, and attended concerts like Sunfest at Gimli, and the Classic Rock Festival at Minnedosa. She enjoyed when friends and family would get together and stay up late, having a drink, and toking and smoking. She travelled into the States, as well as went to Jamaca.
Bev loved her plants and flowers, taking time to care for and nurture them. She loved her garden and was meticulous at getting to care for it. She loved her food and knowledge of meal preparation. She taught her family, as well as home care workers how to do meal preps.
Bev loved the holidays, especially Easter, Thanksgiving, and Christmas and were her yearly special events.
In keeping with her wishes, her family will have a Private Celebration of Life at a later date.
If friends so desire, Memorial Trees may be planted in her memory as she enjoyed the outdoors spending time in her garden.
Ronald Moffit Memorial Services of Portage la Prairie, MB in care of arrangements.
