Barry William Irwin

In loving memory of our dear father, Barry William Irwin. Born July 17th, 1940 in Portage La Prairie, MB, passed away, October 31st, 2024 at the age of 84.

He was predeceased by his parents, Art and Lorna Irwin and brother Keith as well as special love, Donna Baron. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his children; Lori, Dwayne (Jackie), Leah (Bill), as well as his best friend and brother, Clayton, also, the mother of his children Janette Brecknell, his grandchildren; Cody, Mellissa, Carly, Kayla, Alley, Brianna, Bryer and Chanel, great-grandchildren; Hayden, Elden, Kodie, Gemma, Lincoln and Isaiah, his sister-in-law; Joyce, as well as nephews; Jim, Wayne, Brent and Tim, nieces; Heather, Shelly, Shannon, Cheryl and Rhonda. Barry will also be sadly missed by his second wife Diane and special friends, Adrienne and Gilbert.

The Viewing for Barry Irwin will be on Wednesday, November 6th, 2024 from 11:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. at Ronald Moffit Memorial Services, 306 Saskatchewan Avenue East, Portage la Prairie, MB. 

A Celebration of Life will take place from 1:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 65, 275 Duke Avenue, Portage la Prairie, MB. Please bring a picture and a memory to share if you have one. For those who play an instrument, bring it and play for Barry one last time.
