Ed was born on November 5th 1947. He was raised and was a lifelong resident of Portage. At an early age he began working on a milk route which led to him working at the Portage Creamery but it was his love of the road that led him to a career in truck driving for Reimers, Kleysens, and EBD Transport. When Ed wasn't working, he could be found riding his bike, having coffee with friends or spending time with family.
In memory of Ed, the family ask that you take a friend out for a coffee, or spend time with those you love.
