Raymond Perchak Obituary

Suddenly on June 16, 2019 a strong man with a golden heart and a kind soul, Raymond Bazil Perchak age 68 years while at Pyott's West Campground at Lake of the Prairies passed away surrounded by family and friends. He will be forever in our hearts and missed dearly. Left behind to mourn his loss, his wife Beverly Joan Perchak, son Sid Perchak (Caitlin Hayden). Raymond's brother and sisters. Extended family the Matyasovszky's, many friends and loved ones. The family will hold a private Celebration of Life in memory of Raymond.
